Perceptual Differences Across Various Stakeholder Groups

In 2009, National Skill Development (NSD) Policy was reformed to modify the vocational education system in India. The skills development and entrepreneurship policy developed 2015 tries solve challenges of skill by inspiring early signs, development, variations. present study is based on a primary survey conducted four districts Sikkim involving 600 respondents from amongst various stakeholders examines whether there any significant difference expressed belief held stake-holders vis-à-vis identified eco space Sikkim. These are namely resistance relocation Sikkim's youth for employment, stigma against labor-oriented jobs, preference government that skilling low academic achievers, lack industrial opportunities State findings can be utilized suggesting recommendations way forward remove these barriers better outreach effective implementation schemes adopting suitable practices.
